I live 2 1/2 hrs away and was going to have to drive to deliver pizza for a big accomplishment to a very deserving man in my life. I'm sure you've had Domino's, but I'm unsure you've had Prescott Domino's. This is one of the freshest, most affordable, delicious pizza in town
I was just reading through all of the bad reviews and wanted to chime in. I have had a bad experience at this location where I placed a large order for a kids party. When I arrived for the pick up, they had given my order to someone else. The girl at the counters solution was for me to take the pizzas that were made for the other person that received my order. It was not toppings that the kids would have enjoyed very much and I didn't have time for them to replace the order so I left. I called back and told them this is unacceptable, remake my order and I will come back to pick it up. They did. But there was no compensation for my time or their mistake. I felt like they could have at least offered free delivery since I had already come and gone once. I wound up making a complaint when I received an opportunity with a "how was your order" email. I was contacted almost immediately by their manager who agreed with me that something more should have been done and was apologetic for the situation. They did offer me a free large pizza as compensation. It doesn't fix the problem but at least he tried. Other than that, most of my experiences are without issue. I order exclusively through the app because that's where the best offers are. I've had to wait a few minutes longer than what the app says (it tells me my orders ready and when I walk in, it isn't) but it's never been more than just a few minutes. The pizzas have been consistent and good. Plus, they are open the latest and I work nights so that's bonus points from me. What I'd expect from the run of the mill chain pizza place. Papa Johns is over priced. Pizza hut is overpriced and not good. Little Caesars constantly calls me to tell me they don't have what I ordered or I get emails that my order has been canceled (come to find out its because they closed for short staff...and this isn't something that has only happened once). Domino's has good deals and they have been good and trusty for me and my family.
You know what? This Domino's ( and dominoes in general) deserves more credit. I rarely eat here ( only because try not to eat too much pizza) but sometimes you just gotta have their thin crust pizza!! So crisp and Dominos ordering on-line software is probably the best in the business. Incredibly easy to order and they always have deals and specials and they are super efficient. There's been a few times when this location is one of the few places open in Prescott ( late nights, holidays and have really come through during the COVID situation). Plus the pizza tastes great, and the employees hustle. Strong work Domino's! I have always liked this corner location in Prescott.
